Wednesday was another dark day for the MLB. The first two series of the season were canceled just last week, as the Player's Association and the owners failed to come to an agreement yet again. There was a feeling that perhaps the MLB had hit rock bottom during the lockout, though that evidently wasn't true as the league sank to newer lows with the news that more games were being canceled on Wednesday. Former New York Mets and current Los Angeles Angels pitcher Noah Syndergaard weighed in on the frustrating news from Wednesday with an NSFW reaction on his Twitter account.

Angels pitcher Noah Syndergaard is absolutely right. It is a complete joke that the lockout has not only caused regular season games to be canceled, but has also shown zero signs of arriving at a solution that appeases both parties.

It's undoubtedly frustrating for any player in the MLB right now. However, it has to be especially discouraging for someone like Syndergaard, who just made his return last season after not pitching in the league for two years due to Tommy John surgery.

The former Mets star then went on to sign with the Angels, providing him with the opportunity for a fresh start. Unfortunately, there's no telling when that fresh start will come.
