Barcelona midfielders Arturo Vidal and Ivan Rakitic, along with defender Samuel Umtiti are expected to follow Luis Suárez out of Camp Nou, who is expected to leave the club in the next few days. According to Gerard Romero of RAC 1, the aforementioned players were among the stars new Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman called on Monday, noting he won't be needing them for the upcoming season.

The Dutchman advised them all to line out potentially interested clubs through their agents, as they won't be part of his plans moving forward.

Arturo Vidal, Ivan Rakitic, and Luis Suárez all have a year left in their respective contracts and the recently-signed Umtiti has three years left. All should fetch a price in the transfer market upon leaving the club, but Barcelona will surely take losses on what they paid for these stars upon landing them.

Koeman will be tasked with cleaning house after Barcelona suffered an embarrassing 8-2 defeat at the feet of eventual champion Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League quarterfinals. The former manager of the Netherlands national team used the lone clause that would allow him to leave his duties as a manager to join his “dream team” at the Camp Nou.

The former club star's first order of business was a meeting with talisman Lionel Messi to assure him he is part of his plans for next season, though Messi responded by telling him he felt more “out than in” when it came to his future.

Koeman has several transfer market targets within his crosshairs and his shopping list is extensive, though how much he can spend will be based on what Barcelona can fetch for the likes of Vidal, Rakitic, Umtiti, and Suárez — considering their dipping value.
