Bayern Munich are set to make their moves for Fulham midfielder Joao Palhinha. The Portuguese midfielder has an unclear future at Craven Cottage and has been linked with a move away from the club throughout the summer.

According to the reports from GOAL, Bayern Munich are keeping tabs on Palhinha. However, they are aware of the fact that Fulham want €90m for their star midfielder. Bayern Munich manager Thomas Tuchel heavily rated Palhinha since his days in Chelsea and now wants to bring the Fulham midfielder to Germany.

Sky Sports Germany reveals that Palhinha's signature will be the perfect move for the Bavarians to complete their transfer business in this window. Bayern Munich have made two key additions to their squad in Harry Kane and Kim Min-jae. However, they understand the lack of depth in midfield. They already have allowed Marcel Sabitzer to join Borussia Dortmund this season after he returned from a six-month loan at Manchester United.

Palhinha joined Fulham from Sporting Lisbon last summer and has a huge following at Craven Cottage. As a consequence of his performances in the debut campaign with Fulham, he won the Player of the Year award last year. Despite the unclear future this season, Palhinha has been making the headlines again after scoring a last-minute equalizer against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium last weekend.

However, Fulham manager Marco Silva believes he will see the former Sporting Lisbon man at Craven Cottage beyond the Deadline Day. It remains to be seen what will be Bayern Munich's offer to land Palhinha.
