Longwood advanced to the final of the Big South Tournament and then hammered Winthrop to go to the Big Dance for the first time ever. The Vols won their first SEC Tournament championship since 1979 on Sunday, but when they were seeded third and Duke was seeded second, that outrageous seeding error by the selection committee made national headlines.
