The Milwaukee Bucks head to Chicago to take on the Bulls tonight! It's time to continue our NBA odds series with a Bucks-Bulls prediction and pick.
The Milwaukee Bucks come into this game with a (38-25) record and have won their last two games. The Bucks are 4th in the East by exactly one game behind the Chicago Bulls. If the Bucks win tonight, they will jump the Bulls in the standings for 3rd as they have the tiebreaker. Chicago is (39-24) on the year but have lost three straight games. They are on the second night of a back-to-back after losing to the Atlanta Hawks 130-124 last night.

Article Continues BelowWhy The Bucks Could Cover The Spread
Both of these teams come into this game as healthy as they can be. Giannis Antetokounmpo is coming off a 28-point performance and Khris Middleton notched 26 to defeat the Miami Heat by one. Jrue Holiday scored 25 and Bobby Portis 15 to help secure the win. Those four players will need to have repeat performances because the Bulls are going to be playing with a chip on their shoulder. With Lonzo Ball being the only player out for the Bulls, the Bulls still contain multiple weapons that can hurt the Bucks here. DeMar DeRozan is playing like an MVP right now so the Bucks need to try and disrupt any flow he creates for himself. Zach Lavine and Nikola Vucevic are two elite offensive options as well. The Bulls haven't found ways to win but they have been in every game all the way to the wire.
Why The Bulls Could Cover The Spread
Chicago knows that containing Giannis is damn near impossible. He's second in the NBA in scoring behind Joel Embiid at 29.3 points per game. DeRozan is 5th at 28.1 per game, however, so the Bulls can understand what it's like to have an elite scoring threat. The problem with Giannis is he has the size and speed to tear through any defensive game plan. The Bulls can cover this spread if they don't let Middleton and Holiday play well. If they can force them to take bad shots or disrupt their flow then the Bulls could cover this spread at home. It's currently a five-point spread and the Bulls are the underdogs. Chicago plays very well at home at (24-9) but the Bucks are elite on the road as well at (16-13). The playoffs are looming and so every game matters now. The Bulls don't want to let this one slip away or else they won't be able to climb back up with the Bucks, Boston Celtics, and Philadelphia 76ers all playing well.
Final Bucks-Bulls Prediction & Pick
I think this will be a close game and one that will go down to the wire. The Bucks have scored at least 120 points in their last five games whereas the Bulls have lost three straight. The momentum is on the Bucks side here and I believe they will cover this spread. The Bulls playing on the second night of a back-to-back here also hurts them. I would also consider taking the over here at 240 because I imagine this has the makings of being a high-scoring game. Both sides can score with ease and they are both scoring near 120 a game lately.
Final Bucks-Bulls Pick: Bucks -5 (-110) & over: 240 (-110)
