Final Rays-Marlins Prediction & Pick

This game will come down to how the two starting pitchers do. Neither team has played great this year. The offense is better for the Rays, and overall, the pitching is better for the Rays as well. Still, the Marlins have the better starter going in this one. Jesus Luzardo has been solid this year. Still, the best play in this game is to take the under.
