Buffalo Bills star Josh Allen has solidified himself as one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and it's only Year Three. His rapid development is catching the eye of many, including New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick, who the Bills will face on Monday Night Football.

This is what he had to say about Allen's growth as a QB. Via Boston.com:

“His improvement has just been tremendous from where it was three years ago,” Belichick said. “Completion percentage, passer rating, decision making, production, it’s just gone…it’s risen at a really remarkable rate.”

Belichick continued to praise the Bills signal-caller and how he's essentially turned things around for the Buffalo franchise:

“Last year, this year’s built on that. What it was when he came into the league. But he’s just made tremendous improvement. Has a lot of command of the offense. They audible a lot. They change things. The Bills obviously have a lot of confidence in him. He handles it well at the line. Rarely run a bad play or where they run into a bad look or a blitz or something like that. He doesn’t get fooled much by anything. It’s really impressive to watch how he’s developed there.”

Allen has the Bills firing on all cylinders this season, going 7-4 and sitting just behind the Pats in the AFC East. The 25-year-old has thrown for over 3,000 yards, which is sixth in the league. He's also completed 25 passing touchdowns. That ranks him third behind only Matthew Stafford and Tom Brady.

The Bills evidently have the future of their organization in Allen's hands. He'll be looking to end the Patriots' six-game winning streak in Week 13.
