Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard is known throughout the league for having unlimited range. The dynamic scorer frequently pulls up well beyond the three-point line to drill shots that anyone not named Steph Curry wouldn't even dare attempt. On Sunday evening, Lillard hit another jaw-dropping shot when his team faced off against the Denver Nuggets.

This shot is simply unguardable. When guys are making shots that are closer to the half-court line than the three-point line, defenders are forced to shrug their shoulders and hope they brick the next one.

Lillard is having yet another great season for the Blazers. In his seventh season with Portland, the three-time All-Star has been carrying much of the scoring load. He is averaging a team-high 25.8 points per game to go along with 4.6 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game.

Considering Lillard regularly launches shots from 30+ feet, keeping a high three-point percentage is difficult. However, the Oakland native boasts a solid 38 percent success rate from beyond the arc, making him a bonafide sharpshooter.

With a win against Denver, the Blazers could move into a tie for the third-best record in the West with the Oklahoma City Thunder. It would also drop the Nuggets into a tie for first place with the Golden State Warriors.

In a competitive Western Conference, every game matters for playoff hopefuls. Lillard and the Blazers will do their best to pull out an important victory over one of the best teams in the league.
