With less than a week left until the start of the NBA Finals, the looming question around the Golden State Warriors organization remains the health of head coach Steve Kerr.

President and general manager Bob Myers told ESPN that while Kerr has been part of all the practices thus far since his return from surgery a couple of weeks ago, he's yet to do any coaching with the team.

“If something changes and he feels better, I'll sit here — or hopefully he'll sit here — and he'll tell you.,” Myers said. “But right right now I can't say he will be coaching.”

The 2014-15 Executive of the Year recipient assured there is no deadline to make a coaching change, but there hasn't been any indication from Kerr of going back to the sidelines.

The 51-year-old coach had noted that he was still dealing with symptoms from his past surgery, but felt well enough to be around the team.

Mike Brown is 10-0 this postseason as the acting coach of the team and will have his hands full during the NBA Finals if Kerr is indeed unable to fully recover in time.
