The Denver Broncos will be playing Sunday's Week 14 matchup against the Detroit Lions with heavy hearts following the passing of legendary wide receiver Demaryius Thomas. Thomas, who was 33, passed away on Dec. 9, as the result of a reported seizure.

Ahead of the team's clash on Sunday, the Broncos unveiled a touching tribute video for the late wide receiver, one which will surely tug on the heartstrings of anyone who has ever watched No. 88 play.

The news of Thomas' passing was heartbreaking, and many people from the sporting world weighed in to share their condolences over the loss of an elite football talent, and an even better human being. The video shared by the Broncos highlights some of the best moments from D.T.'s career at the Mile High Stadium, honoring him as one of the greatest players in franchise history, as well as highlighting his exceptionally charitable nature.

The tribute video wasn't the only gesture made in honor of the late Thomas. The Broncos chose to line up with 10 men on the first play of the game in honor of D.T., another heartwarming action from the organization.

Thomas retired from the NFL in June, having last played as a member of the New York Jets in 2019.
