It's official. The Denver Broncos are sending three-time All-Pro linebacker Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams after the two teams agreed on a blockbuster deal that will involve LA sending back a couple of 2022 draft picks to the Rams.

Miller himself has already come out with an emotional farewell message for Broncos fans and for his part, Denver president of football operations John Elway has also spoken out about parting ways with his long-time star (h/t Ryan O'Halloran of the Denver Post):

As he expressed in his message above, Elway has an emotional connection with Miller considering all that they've been through for many years. The decision to send the former Super Bowl MVP to LA could not have been easy for the Broncos front office, and at this point, it is clear that they are truly thankful to Miller for everything he has done for the franchise. For his part, Miller also made it clear that the feeling is mutual.

Von Miller takes his talents to Los Angeles to join a Rams team that has been impressive this season. LA is serious about contending for the title this year, and the addition of a decorated star in Miller only strengthens their already formidable defense.
