The NFL Trade Deadline is just hours away and we now have our first blockbuster deal. The Denver Broncos have traded eight-time Pro Bowler Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in exchange for a second and third-round pick in the 2022 NFL Draft. Via Adam Schefter:

Miller has spent the entirety of his 10-year NFL career with the Broncos and solidified himself as one of the most feared linebackers in the league. In seven games this season, the 32-year-old has collected 4.5 sacks and a total of 19 tackles.

With this move, he now joins forces with Aaron Donald and Jalen Ramsey on the Rams, forming one of the lethal defensive trios around. LA is already a 7-1 on the season and is frankly dominating every opponent. Miller makes them that much better.

The Broncos meanwhile will be paying the majority of his salary:

This caps off a wild last couple of days in the NFL. Derrick Henry suffered a serious injury on Sunday and is likely out until the playoffs, while Saints QB Jameis Winston is done for the year.

The Rams also face Henry's Titans on Sunday, where Miller is expected to make his debut with the team. The Broncos will surely miss their veteran pass-rusher, but a change of scenery could be best for the 32-year-old. It's also a chance for him to win a Super Bowl.
