According to earlier reports, Antonio Brown walked out of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers' Week 17 game against the New York Jets because he was benched in the second half. Apparently, that's not really how things went based on Bruce Arians' story.

Jay Glazer of FOX Sports revealed that Brown actually refused to get in the game despite being asked by Arians not once but twice. After the second failed attempt, Arians has had enough and told the veteran wideout to get out—which AB quite took literally.

As everyone probably knows by now, the 33-year-old took off his jersey and other gears and threw them into the stands. He then ran off the field, raising his hand while doing a peace sign as he heads to the tunnel.

When asked whether he saw Antonio Brown take off his jersey and leave, Bruce Arians said yes and admitted he was also baffled by it.

“Yeah, I did. Never seen anything like it in all my years,” the Buccaneers tactician told Glazer.

After their 28-24 comeback victory over the Jets, Arians confirmed to the media that Brown is no longer part of the team. AB, for his part, bid his goodbye to the Buccaneers in an Instagram post as he thanked them for the opportunity.

It was only a few weeks ago when Arians highlighted their need for Brown, but clearly, the veteran coach has already ran out of patience.
