Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown played Sunday for the first time since Week 6 vs the Eagles. Brown missed some time due to injuries, and then was suspended three games for violating the league's COVID-19 protocols. Brown reportedly submitted a fake vaccination card to the team.

In his return to the team Sunday, Brown had a major impact on the game. He brought down 10 catches on 15 targets from quarterback Tom Brady. He turned those 10 catches into 101 yards receiving. After the game, Brown spoke to the media for the first time since his suspension. He refused to discuss the fake vaccination card situation but spoke about his role in this offense.

“I don't want to talk about that. You guys are all drama. It's all about football. We're going to talk about Carolina or I don't want to talk to you,” Brown said. When asked about his performance in the game, Brown said “That's what I do man, that's my job. That's why I'm on the team.”

The Buccaneers took a little heat this week when they decided to activate and start Antonio Brown. Head coach Bruce Arians had previously said that Brown would not get any second chances with the team.

Tampa Bay lost Pro Bowl wide receiver Chris Godwin to a torn ACL. The other Pro Bowl receiver, Mike Evans, missed Sunday's game with a lingering hamstring issue. That prompted Arians to change his stance on the idea of bringing Antonio Brown back to the team.

In the win, the Buccaneers also lost Pro Bowl linebacker Shaq Barrett to a minor MCL injury.

The injuries continue to pile up for the defending Super Bowl champions.
