The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will finally play with a complete cast in their Week 3 matchup against the Denver Broncos on September 27. Bucs head coach Bruce Arians has confirmed that wide receiver Chris Godwin will return to the gridiron after being sidelined in their Week 2 game and has also cleared concussion protocols since then.

ESPN Senior NFL insider Adam Schefter disclosed the update on the situation via Twitter:

The Florida-based squad has yet to play with a healthy lineup in their first two games of the season thus far. The Buccaneers went to battle without Pro Bowl wide receiver Mike Evans during their opening game against the New Orleans Saints to which they succumbed on a 34-23 loss to their division rivals.

The team also held their home opener against the Carolina Panthers in Week 2 and dominated on a 31-17 outcome. Quarterback Tom Brady had a better outing as he steered the offense by way of his 217 passing yards on 23/35 passes completed along with a passing touchdown and an interception.

Evans made his comeback to the field and racked up 104 yards on 7 receptions along with a scored touchdown. Ball-carrier Leonard Fournette added the finishing touches to the game with his two rushing touchdowns to give his team their first win of the season.

Arians and the rest of the team will still need to work on their chemistry as a revamped squad in order to reach their full potential by the latter stages of the season.

With a healthy roster this time around, the Buccaneers are looking to secure their second win of the season against the undermanned Denver Broncos in Week 3 proceedings.
