Tampa Bay Buccaneers star Tom Brady is an ageless wonder. The man was the starting quarterback for the winning Super Bowl team in his age-43 season. This offseason, he's admittedly working on getting people to join him.. sort of.

The Buccaneers QB starred in a hilarious commercial for Madden, where he put his super recruiter cap on. Let's just say it didn't exactly work out well.

However, Brady did manage to recruit one new member to join his time – his own son Jack. The Buccaneers star hilariously posted on his Instagram story about the big-time addition in action for Tampa Bay.

Bucs fans definitely love to see it. Having one Brady around has been a great investment for their franchise thus far. But two of them? It's a lock for one more Super Bowl at the minimum.

While Jack Brady is serving as just the ball boy for now, don't sleep on his football IQ. After all, he's got some of the greatest football genes you could ever ask for.

Jack is Tom Brady's only son with his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan and the Buccaneers QB has allowed football to be a huge part of his life. Nothing's more up close and personal than giving him a free pass to interact with an actual NFL team at work.
