There's plenty of excitement surrounding the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the arrival of Tom Brady. However, all of the excitement over the Bucs potentially winning the Super Bowl also puts a big question mark over Jameis Winston's potential and time with the team.

There are many who consider his time in Tampa Bay over as Brady will take over the starting job immediately. However, Steve Young thinks that there's still so much Winston can offer to another team.

Young mentioned that Jameis Winston is definitely a project of a quarterback, but the things he offers to a football team makes him a more than worthy acquisition. Via ESPN, Young said that Winston is a worthwhile project that another team should take on, as he could still be an impactful quarterback in the NFL.

Winston led the league in interceptions with 30, and his freebies to his opponents more than gave them the opportunity to lose nine games last year. However, it's also important to note that Winston also led the NFL in passing yards at 5,109 yards on the season. He also completed 33 touchdowns and averaged 319 passing yards per game.

What Winston needs at this moment is a bit of mentorship, and while Brady could have definitely provided that in Tampa Bay, it'll be another team that tries to make it work with the former Bucs quarterback.

Winston undoubtedly has the tools to excel in the right system, and there should be teams interested in adding him to their roster.
