Milwaukee Bucks forward Mirza Teletovic has recently been sidelined because of blockages in his lungs. With that, a lot of speculations have emerged about his future in the NBA. Some even reported that the stretch big man will be forced to hang his sneakers up, including Gery Woelfl of 105.7 The Fan.

However, the Bosnian international made it known that there is no truth to that. He took to his Twitter account to let his followers know that it's not over until he says so, before posting a video on Instagram as well, saying that he is currently taking medications, and even gave an update that his recovery is going great so far.

The 32-year-old  has only seen action in 10 games so far this season as he had to undergo arthroscopic surgery to repair cartilage in his left knee, with his last time playing back on November 7. He was originally slated to miss at least three months, but having a timeline given is definitely good news, as the Bucks still expect him to recover completely from his condition.

Mirza Teletovic is a six-year NBA veteran and has suited up for the Brooklyn Nets and Phoenix Suns, before landing with the Bucks in the summer of 2016. His contract is guaranteed until next season, where he is slated to earn $10.5 million. His condition is expected to be a tricky one, as the blood clots found in his body could mean that he will need to take blood thinners moving forward unless it will all be out of his system in a few months time.

For now, his fans, as well as the Bucks', can only hope that the medications will cure him, as he has proven he belongs to play in the NBA, and established himself as a solid contributor when healthy.
