Chicago Bulls fans will be coming for Grayson Allen's head after his flagrant-2 foul on Alex Caruso during Friday night's game. The guard hit the floor in pain after an extremely dirty foul from the Bucks sharpshooter and it appears he's going to miss substantial time.

Per Adrian Wojnarowski, Caruso has a fractured wrist and will likely need surgery:

Shams Charania also reported that the Bulls defensive standout is set to miss at least 6-8 weeks, which is a massive blow to a Chicago team who are already without guards Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball due to knee injuries.

Bulls head coach Billy Donovan expressed his concern on the matter to the league office because of the danger of this type of foul especially since Allen has a history of being a very dirty player.

Here is the incident:

Very uncalled for and now Chicago is paying for it. Caruso has proven to be a key cog for this team since signing a four-year, $37 million deal in the offseason, but he's struggled to stay healthy. The former Laker literally just returned from a foot injury while also dealing with a bout of COVID-19. He's played in just 28 games in 2021/22, starting on nine occasions.

However, his importance to the Bulls is clear. Caruso is arguably their best defender and a sparkplug in the rotation. With him, Ball, and LaVine all out, it's going to be up to rookie Ayo Dosunmu and Coby White to step up and give Chicago some much-needed production alongside DeMar DeRozan and Nikola Vucevic. On a more positive note though, LaVine should be back soon from knee soreness.
