There's a lot a rookie like Ayo Dosunmu can learn from a veteran All-Star like Bradley Beal. But the Chicago Bulls youngster probably applied his lessons a little too soon for Beal's liking.

During the Bulls' clash against the Washington Wizards on Friday night, Beal gave Ayo some advice after committing a rookie mistake that was called as a travel.

“After the travel, the play before I scored, he was like ‘just go deliberately,” the Bulls rookie said Beal told him. “Deliberately go one way and then just get to your shot. Don't think about it. Just take it and drive it and get to your spot.”

Dosunmu certainly did a lot of that for the Bulls on that night, pouring in 18 points off the bench on a stellar 7-for-9 shooting clip from the field. He showed Beal that he was indeed a quick learner, making him pay for giving him some valuable advice.

“The next play, I did it on him. Then he was like, ‘I didn't say do it on me, I just said do it in the future.'”

Lesson learned, Bradley Beal. Don't spill your trade secrets to Ayo Dosunmu so casually.

The Chicago Bulls found a late gem in Ayo Dosunmu. The Illinois product continues to prove he's a valuable piece on their roster looking to make some noise in the Eastern Conference. Bradley Beal can probably attest to that as early as now.
