The Chicago Bulls are hoping Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter Jr. and Otto Porter will be back by the end of February.

All three players have been out for a while due to injuries.

Carter has an ankle injury, Markkanen has a stress reaction of his right pelvis and Porter is still dealing with his left foot ailment.

The Bulls are 19-33 on the season and in ninth place in the Eastern Conference standings.

Porter has played in just nine games for the Bulls this season because of his injury. He's averaging 11.2 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.6 assists while shooting 41.7 percent from the field, 40.0 percent from beyond the arc and 75.0 percent from the free-throw line.

Carter Jr., the Bulls' rising star at center, was averaging 11.7 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.2 assists before he got hurt. The 20-year-old was shooting 53.7 percent from the floor.
