DeMar DeRozan is no prime Michael Jordan, but he's certainly looked the part at times for the Chicago Bulls this season.

The 5-time All-Star has matched several MJ records in a Bulls uniform, but his latest one was something not even His Airness was able to do.

DeRozan has flexed his dominance with Wilt Chamberlain-like efficiency, matching the legendary center with a six straight games of 35 points on at least 50% shooting from the field.

Truth be told, DeMar DeRozan's 50% shooting outing against the Oklahoma City Thunder two games ago actually pulled his average down in that stretch. The Bulls star has shot 89-for-146 in this six-game heater which comes out to over 60% from the field in that span. How's that for legendary efficiency as a perimeter player?

It's not like he's getting all his buckets in the paint like most uber efficient centers who score off dunks and post plays. DeMar DeRozan may not take that many threes, but he still utilized a steady diet of midrange jumpshots. He's just that lethal with it that it basically feels like a layup to him at this point.

On his best days, he does bring out some shades of Michael Jordan. But as we've seen from this run that not even MJ was able to match, DeMar DeRozan is blazing his own path for the Chicago Bulls.
