The Chicago Bulls are in absolute shambles right now as COVID-19 continues to rip its way through the organization. On Monday, their 10th player tested positive for the virus, leaving the roster extremely thin.

Nikola Vucevic already spent time in the league’s health and safety protocols last month and has luckily stayed healthy this time around. As the Bulls prepare to take on the slumping Detroit Pistons on Tuesday night, Vooch sent them a rather hilarious message on Twitter:

Literally, that’s what it feels like for the Bulls right now. If Coby White does return vs. Detroit, that would give Billy Donovan’s squad nine players who are available to play. That’s going to be some heavy, heavy minutes for Vucevic, White, and Lonzo Ball.

DeMar DeRozan tested positive and to make matters worse, so did Zach LaVine on Sunday. COVID-19 is taking its toll on the league lately, with the Toronto Raptors also dealing with several cases. Hornets star LaMelo Ball and Wizards forward Kyle Kuzma are also on the shelf because of coronavirus.

By no surprise, the Bulls have lost two straight games. They’re still 17-10 but this latest surge of the virus has definitely hit them hard. It will be interesting to see if their depleted roster can somehow pull out a win against the dreadful Pistons. One thing is for sure, Vucevic and Lonzo will need to play out of their minds.
