Chicago Bulls superstar Zach LaVine is just like the rest of us: he wants the COVID-19 pandemic to end. After falling victim to the dreaded virus not just once but twice already, he knows how difficult it is to deal with it.
Not to mention how it affects everyone's livelihood and cause trouble to a lot of other people with how fast it spreads, especially with new variants like Delta and Omicron appearing.
In his postgame presser after the Bulls took down the Indiana Pacers, 113-105, LaVine shared his frustration about the virus after it sidelined him and forced him to miss two games–which could have been more had the NBA not postponed their games due to the surge in cases.
“I'm tired of getting COVID,” LaVine said, per KC Johnson of NBC Sports.

NBA fans know where Zach LaVine is coming from, and a lot of people understands his sentiment. After all, with the COVID-19 pandemic showing no signs of being resolved any time soon, the NBA–and everyone for that matter–are treading on thin ice.
LaVine just returned from the COVID-19 health and safety protocols, and one can say he is lucky since the virus had no adverse effect on hi. He got back with a bang on Sunday, exploding for 32 points, four rebounds and five assists in 33 minutes of action.
Hopefully, though, the COVID-19 cases continue to decrease not only in the NBA but around the world as well.
