Three-time Slam Dunk champion Nate Robinson only spent one season with the Chicago Bulls, but that was more than enough time to make himself the best teammate Carlos Boozer has ever played with.
The former Bull went on Fox Sports 1's The Hang with Joy Taylor, where he talked about the NBA Finals and some of his best experiences during his time in the league. Among them was one where he shared how Kryptonate would bake the team cupcakes before every road trip, making him the best teammate he's ever had, for that very fact.
“My favorite teammate was Nate Robinson in Chicago,” Boozer recalled. “Great teammate. Never got hurt, never complained. And a fun fact about Nate Robinson if you guys aren’t Nate Robinson fans, every road trip, he baked us cupcakes for the road.”
“Straight up. The best teammate I’ve ever had.”
If flashy handles, valiant play, and seeing a 5-foot-9 point guard shred through defenses wasn't good enough enough to have as a teammate in the league — add bomb-a**-baker to that description.
Boozer's story checks out, as he posted a photo of Robinson's famed cupcakes back in December of 2012, showing the little man's thoughtful side.

Here's yet another reason Robinson can now pitch to be alongside Jimmy Butler next season in his tireless campaign for another shot in the league.
