The Kansas City Chiefs are set to host the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Divisional Round Sunday night. They are dealing with multiple injuries on offense, specifically in their run game. Both Clyde Edwards-Helaire and Darrel Willams are dealing with their respective injuries.

Fortunately for the Chiefs' run game, Edwards-Helaire will suit up on Sunday. This is according to ESPN reporter Adam Teicher, who tweeted that the running back had no injury designation on the Chiefs' final injury report this week.

The star running back has dealt with a lot this season. He missed five games in the first half of the season due to an MCL sprain, and even had an illness before their Week 13 win over the Denver Broncos.

Edwards-Helaire hasn't played since suffering a shoulder injury in the Chiefs' Week 16 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. The running back returned to full practice on Wednesday and Thursday, which was the first indication that he would be ready for Sunday night.

Edwards-Helaire's explosive run game will be a key component to the Chiefs' offense this weekend. Despite only playing in ten games during the regular season, he recorded 119 rushing attempts for 517 yards and four touchdowns.

If the Chiefs win on Sunday, they will face the winner of the Cincinnati Bengals vs. Tennessee Titans in the AFC Championship next weekend.
