The football world got its first look at Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver and undrafted free agent, Justyn Ross, on Sunday.

In a video provided by the Chiefs published in a tweet from Pro Football Focus, Ross can be seen running a route and subsequently catching a pass before taking off upfield.

The long-awaited first look at Ross with the Chiefs comes just weeks after the former Clemson Tigers wide receiver went undrafted in the 2022 NFL Draft, where many fear the college standout went without being selected due to neck surgery Ross had in the summer of 2020.

That hasn't stopped Ross, however, who as a result of going undrafted was able to choose where he would play football at the next level. What better place to be than in Kansas City with the Chiefs, and the unquestioned best quarterback in the league, Patrick Mahomes. “Patrick Mahomes – a great quarterback – and Andy Reid – a great coach. It also feels like a family. I've only been here a day, but they've treated me like family.” Ross said last week after signing with the Chiefs. He'd go on to add that he feels fine health-wise.

The Chiefs find themselves looking for a home run threat at the wide receiver position after trading star wide receiver Tyreek Hill to the Miami Dolphins earlier this offseason. Should Justyn Ross' health hold up, he has the ability to be a quality replacement for Hill at a bargain price, something that would be absolutely welcomed by Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs offense.
