Avery Bradley hired new agents in the wake of his recent trade from the Detroit Pistons to the L.A. Clippers. The report comes from Jorge Sierra of HoopsHype.

“New Clippers guard Avery Bradley has hired Leon Rose and Andrew Morrison of CAA Sports to represent him on and off the court, HoopsHype has learned.”

Rose is a popular agent among NBA stars. He represents Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony among many others. His previous clients include LeBron James and Allen Iverson. Morrison will be joining him in representing Bradley after he had just hired Landmark Sports agent Rob Pelinka two years ago. Pelinka was hired then to manage Bradley’s off-court career rather than his playing contract.

But with his impending free agency looming this summer, Bradley is looking to ensure his future in the league. The 6-foot-2 combo guard from the University of Texas signed a four-year, $32 million deal with Boston in the summer of 2014.

Bradley was traded from the Pistons to the Clippers along with Tobias Harris, Avery Bradley, Boban Marjanovic, and a first-round and second-round draft pick in exchange for Blake Griffin, Brice Johnson and Willie Reed.

Known primarily throughout his career as a defender, Bradley has improved his outside shooting, adding a three-point shot in recent years to make him one of the best two-way point guards in the game.

He is averaging 15.0 points while shooting 38.1% from three-point range, 2.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists, and 1.2 steals at the time of the trade to the Clippers.
