It's a new era in Los Angeles, and that means Clippers basketball has re-branded into the Kawhi Leonard and Paul George known commodity.

George and Leonard (or at least their appearances) are getting their first taste of the Hollywood sun in a new billboard nearby the Staples Center, the home for the Clippers and Lakers.

The Clippers signed Leonard in free agency after a week-plus decision hung over the NBA like a shadow. In one fell swoop, head coach Doc Rivers received two new gifts in the two-time Finals MVP Leonard and six-time All-Star George. LA traded for George in the same moment as Kawhi dotted his i'd and crossed his t's; sending Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Danilo Gallinari, and multiple first-rounders to get George on board.

Leonard and George portend to be a dynamic duo in the Western Conference, although NBA 2K20 is rating their Staples Centers rivals Lakers' LeBron James and Anthony Davis an average half-point higher.

Nevertheless, Clippers fans can get excited for the upcoming season with George and Leonard—two of the best two-way players in the league now on the same team.

George, the former Most Improved Player, averaged 28 points, 8.2 rebounds, and 4.1 points per game in 77 appearances last season, shooting 43.8% from the floor, 38.6% from deep, and 83.9% from the free throw line. George is a ball hawk; averaging a career 1.8 steals per game, too.

Kawhi, leading the Toronto Raptors to the franchise's first title last season, averaged 26.6 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 3.3 assist per game in only 60 games due to frequent “load management” rests. He shot 49.6% from the floor, 37.1% from 3-point range, and 85.4% from the charity stripe. He's a two-time Defensive Player of the Year.
