Los Angeles Clippers guard Patrick Beverley has shown no love for their co-tenants at Staples Center, the Los Angeles Lakers. He recently said that they're the better team in LA, and proved it by beating the purple and gold franchise 113-105. He's also not a fan of all the hype that Sophomore point guard Lonzo Ball has been receiving over the past two years. In fact, Beverley gave Ball a rude welcome when the latter made his debut last season against the Clippers.

And it seems that Beverley has no plans of stopping his tirade against the Lakers, and Ball. He was asked recently about his thoughts on Lonzo, and this is what he had to say.

While he has no personal issues against Ball, Beverley is very competitive, and he wants loves the challenge of guys who can back up their talk with their performance, while roasting those people that are nothing but hype in his eyes.

Of course, it is worth noting that Lonzo isn't the one that's caused people to have high expectations on him. It's his father, LaVar, and sometimes, the Ball family patriarch says a lot of things that his son can't or has yet to prove on the court.

Ball is currently dealing with an ankle injury right now, and it is believed that he won't play again this season.

Meanwhile, Beverley and the Clippers are about to make the playoffs.
