Let's all bow our heads and have a moment of silence for all the Pandemic P jokes. Paul George, pray for us.

With the odds stacked against them, playing without Kawhi Leonard on the road, George stepped up BIG for the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 5 on Wednesday. PG-13 towed the team to a stirring 119-111 win over the Utah Jazz to take a 3-2 lead in their best-of-seven series.

George shut down all the haters, who were suddenly eerily silent on Twitter. Conversely, many lauded the do-it-all forward for his heroic performance.

Of course, there were also plenty of clever memes on George's epic showing.

One Twitter user said it's about time bashers fill up their Paul George Apology Form.

The 31-year-old George, who has been maligned throughout his career for his postseason failures, finished with 37 points, 16 rebounds, and five assists. Many fans were happy to see him play at a high level again.

George infamously labeled himself as Playoff P last season. But when he played poorly, he was mocked by wisecracking fans as Pandemic P. Sadly for him, the nickname stuck. But after Game 5, it seems he's finally silenced his critics.

While George played out of his mind on Wednesday, he got plenty of help as well. Marcus Morris Sr. added 25 points, while Reggie Jackson chipped in 22 markers. Terance Mann, who filled in for Leonard in the starting unit had solid contributions of 13 points, two rebounds, and two assists.

With Not Pandemic P Anymore leading the charge, the Clippers find themselves just a win away from making the Western Conference Finals. You ready for that Paul George praise, Twitter?
