After the latest round of WWE cuts, it's become pretty clear that the CM Punk-Vince McMahon beef is still there. Well, at least from one man and perhaps only in a certain area.

Often vocal about company issues, CM Punk took to Twitter after some WWE cuts to react to how poorly the federation used truly talented individuals. Without mentioning him by name, it was clear the the former champion was talking about Big Sweaty Men lover Vince McMahon.

“It’s like a movie with a blockbuster budget and cast,” CM Punk wrote about the WWE cuts. “But if it’s written by creatively bankrupt nincompoops specifically for an audience of one, in a language nobody understands anymore, it’s…..trash. But people watch it because they like movies.”

Numerous shocking names were released, including but not limited to Braun Strowman, Buddy Murphy, and Aleister Black.

Of the WWE cuts, Strowman is considered the most shocking as he's considered the sort of large and athletic talent Vince McMahon historically loses his marbles over.

Nevertheless, the year is 2021. The CM Punk-Vince McMahon situation appears to be still a thing — to a MUCH lighter degree — and the WWE itself is cutting so much (great) talent as of late that it's hard to think they're doing anything other than decreasing overhead to make a sale.
