Following the Dallas Cowboys' loss to the New England Patriots, Jerry Jones was very critical of his coaching staff. Just a day after the game, Jaylon Smith reacted to Jones' comments.
Is Jerry Jones criticism of Cowboys coaching uncomfortable for players?

On Sunday, the Cowboys fell to the Patriots in a narrow 13-9 defeat. While it was raining throughout the game, the Cowboys were unable to score a touchdown and the special teams performed below the standards of the team's owner.
Without naming any names, Jones essentially called out Jason Garrett and his inability to prepare the team for big games. At the same time, it appears that Smith understands that the NFL is a business and there can be changes made at any moment.
Despite the Cowboys faltering in crucial moments, they aren't expected to make a coaching change during the regular season. But as it currently stands, all signs point towards Dallas moving on from Garrett after the season comes to a close.
Since becoming the head coach in 2010, Garrett has a combined record of 83-64 in the regular season. On the other hand, the former NFL quarterback has led the Cowboys to a less-than-ideal 2-3 record in the playoffs.
Despite the talent he's had over the years, the Cowboys haven't been able to reach the NFC Championship Game under Garrett. In the event that Dallas is unable to make a deep playoff run, Garrett's tenure in Dallas will likely come to an abrupt end after 2019.
The Cowboys currently sit atop the NFC East with a 6-5 record but this feels like a team that should be fighting for a top spot in the NFC. Instead, there's a chance they miss the playoffs altogether if the Philadelphia Eagles catch up to them.
