The Dallas Cowboys offense hasn't resembled what it looked like in the first several weeks of the season. The Cowboys are still well-positioned for the playoffs atop the NFC East, though there's no denying that the offensive problems are a real concern. During an appearance on a radio show, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones revealed the real problem with the Dallas offense.

Jerry Jones thinks that the Cowboys' wide receivers- not Dak Prescott- are to blame for recent ‘errant' passes. That just sounds weird to read that, especially considering that the Cowboys have one of the most talented receiver rooms in the NFL.

Jones could have a point, though perhaps the timing is a little off between Prescott and his wideouts because guys like CeeDee Lamb and Amari Cooper have been in and out of the lineup for the Cowboys. Among other things, Jones reiterated that he believes Prescott is healthy, something that was called into question after the signal-caller dealt with a hamstring injury.

Whether it's Prescott or the wideouts, there's no doubt that Jones and the Cowboys need a steadier version of the quarterback, who has two games with over 290 passing yards and two touchdowns as well as two games with under 250 yards and one or more interceptions in his last four contests.

The Cowboys need the best version possible of Prescott and the receivers moving forward if they want to get where Jerry Jones wants them to go.
