As expected, Dallas Cowboys left tackle Tyron Smith will not play against the Green Bay Packers in Week 5, per the team's injury report. On the other side of the offensive line, right tackle La'el Collins is questionable.

Smith — a perennial Pro Bowler — suffered a high-ankle sprain in the Cowboys' Week 4 loss to the New Orleans Saints. However, as Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports, it's not a typical high-ankle sprain that will sideline him for 4-6 weeks. He has not been ruled out for Week 6 against the New York Jets.

With Smith out, backup swing tackle Cameron Fleming will get the start at left tackle. He did so three times in 2018. Smith has missed six games in the last two seasons. In those games, the Cowboys are 3-3.

Collins, who is dealing with a back injury, missed both Wednesday and Thursday practices and returned in a limited fashion on Friday.

If Collins is out, Dallas will have to reach further into their depth chart as Fleming is their only backup tackle. Brandon Knight, Xavier Su'a-Filo, Joe Looney and Adam Redmond are their remaining backup lineman with Fleming starting.

Wide receiver Michael Gallup (knee), defensive lineman Tyrone Crawford (hip) and defensive tackle Antwuan Woods (knee) are all considered questionable for Sunday's game. Linebacker Sean Lee (knee) did not practice on Friday. Defensive end Demarcus Lawrence (shoulder) returned to full practice on Friday.

Both the Cowboys and Packers sit at 3-1 and on top of their respective divisions entering Sunday's game in Dallas at 3:25 p.m. CT.
