Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer continues to dealt with legal problems after being accused of sexual assault. The MLB has placed him on administrative leave until the situation is resolved and it appears it could be heading in the right direction.

Per The LA Times' Steve Henson, the courts have recently denied a long-term restraining order against Trevor Bauer from a 27-year-old San Diego woman:

This could mean that Bauer may be able to return to the big leagues soon. The report suggests that the victim didn't set any limits on their sexual encounter, despite the abuse she received. The woman claimed that Bauer choked her until she was unconscious and punched her numerous times. With that being said, the judge has decided to not give her a restraining order against Trevor Bauer.

Just last week, the Washington Post also reported that an Ohio woman was also the subject of sexual abuse with the Dodgers right-hander, which he quickly denied in a lengthy social media post where he put the newspaper on blast.

This will definitely be seen as a victory for Bauer and he fights to clear his name, but the MLB and the Pasadena Police will continue to investigate the situation.
