A debate has surfaced the internet on who should win the NFL MVP, with Brock Purdy and Dak Prescott currently holding the best odds. Football analysts LeSean McCoy and Richard Sherman gave their thoughts on the MVP debate, both agreeing that the most valuable player to an NFL team this season has been Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

“It's really Tyreek Hill. The MVP should be Tyreek Hill. He should be our favorite. He's on pace to do something we've never seen before… You look at the Dolphins, I guess we give Tua [Tagovailoa] a lot of credit and he's a phenomenal job, but without Tyreek Hill we kind of know what he really is… When we look at the numbers and how valuable you are to your team, how valuable you are to the league, it's not a quarterback right now, it's really Tyreek Hill,” said McCoy, per Speak on FS1.

With five games left to play Hill is on pace to become the first player in NFL history with 2,000 yards in a season. He's recorded 1,481 yards and 12 touchdowns on 98 receptions. Hill has notched over 100 receiving yards in eight of the Dolphins' 12 games an has only gone scoreless on two occasions.

“Tyreek Hill is doing something that's never been done. He's doing it as not a 6'4, 6'5 Megatron, Randy Moss, he's under six foot, really fast, he's really explosive. He's doing something that has never been done in the history of this league and he's doing it week in and week out as the No. 1 guy… Nobody can stop him, he's the best player on his team. I think if they get the one seed in the AFC, he wins it,” said Sherman, per Undisputed.

The Dolphins are currently ranked as the No. 1 team in the AFC with a 9-3, riding a three-game win streak. Four of their last five games will be in Miami, so Hill and the Dolphins have a great chance to cement their names into the top of the conference.
