Donatas Motiejunas and the Houston Rockets have taken longer than usual to finalize his deal, to say the least.

After news broke out that the team has matched the four year, $35 million offer of the Brooklyn Nets for the 26-year-old Lithuanian international, head coach Mike D'Antoni then admitted that there has been some delay in the 7-foot big man being available to play for them.

Now, a new twist in the already long saga has caused a lot of speculation about Motiejunas' future in Houston.

Even before he signed the new deal to remain with the Rockets, Motiejunas had kept the title “player of the Houston Rockets” in his Twitter account bio. However, it is now noticeably not listed on his Twitter anymore.

It may seem like something blown out of proportion as it could mean anything or even nothing, but it's still a cause for many to think his days in Houston might already be numbered… again.

The situation between Motiejunas and the team is maybe up in the air once again, and it will be interesting to see if he finally ends up back on the Houston Rockets.
