In a stunning breaking reveal today on March 15th, 2022, Dr. Disrespect, the former Twitch-gone-YouTube gaming superstar has recently revealed some early detail regarding a brand new video game project. Working with his recently formed AAA game studio known as “Midnight Society“, Dr. Disrespect serves as a co-founder and visionary for the game's development as he works alongside game industry veterans including Sumi Gupta (CEO – Co-founder), HB Duran (Marketing & PR), Ryan Thompson (Gameplay Engineer), Eric Hallquist (Concept Artist), and many others.

In a live-stream hosted by Dr. Disrespect around 1 PM EST, the first detail regarding the game was its codename. Simply known as “Project Moon”, this new game will be a free-to-play competitive PvP title. While the direct genre of the game has not been officially stated, most of the concept art and visual designs featured on the website very likely suggest that Project Moon will be an FPS title with a Cyberpunk theme, which is very reminiscent of the visuals and world presented within Dr. Disrespect's live streams.

Taking a much more intimate approach to the game's development, Dr. Disrespect explains that players who apply for Project Moon's founder pack will have day-one access to the game's early test builds, weapon tests, voting rights, studio events, and much more.

As noticed during the live stream and via the website's FAQ page, Project Moon will be making use of the latest blockchain technology, as well as featuring access to NFT items that can be stored within a custom digital wallet. While many users in the chatroom expressed their displeasure regarding the use of blockchain and NFTs, Dr. Disrespect reassured viewers that NFTs will not be a mandatory part of the game and that free-to-play users will have the same competitive edge as every other user.

While other details on the game are currently scarce, users can sign over at the official Midnight Society website in order to claim access to the “Day ZERO” Claw Collectible, which will only be able for seven days at the time of this article's posting.
