The NBA Playoffs are where the best teams duke it out to see who will reign supreme and take home the NBA title. Most players never win a championship or even play in the NBA Finals, but Golden State Warriors star Draymond Green has won the crown three times. That makes him an expert on the subject.

The Warriors and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James made getting to the championship look easy, but Green says that isn't true.

“I have an appreciation for any team that can put together a championship roster,” Green told ClutchPoints. “I don't care if you draft those guys or you get those guys in free agency. Putting together a championship roster is hard.”

Green and the Warriors have made five appearances in the NBA Finals and won three times. In four of those five trips, their opponent was a LeBron-led team.

“The last decade has been kind of an anomaly because LeBron switched teams,” Green said. “But in most decades, you usually get two teams with one sprinkled in there that wins the championship. It's a very tough thing to do. So I don't throw salt on anybody who can build a championship team.”

The season didn't go the way of LeBron and the Lakers, but things are looking good for the Warriors. They have a 1-0 lead in the second round against a very tough Memphis Grizzlies led by their young star Ja Morant.

Winning it all won't be easy, but the Warriors believe they have what it takes. That journey continues on Tuesday on the road for Game 2.
