Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson says that wide receivers DeSean Jackson and Alshon Jeffery are listed as day-to-day after both suffering injuries during their team's loss to the Atlanta Falcons last Sunday, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk.

Jackson suffered an abdominal strain. Meanwhile, Jeffery sustained a calf strain. Neither receiver logged a catch in the defeat.

Nelson Agholor ended up playing the role of No. 1 receiver with Jackson and Jeffery leaving the game early in Week 2, catching eight passes for 107 yards and a touchdown. Mack Hollins snared five balls for 50 yards.

The Eagles signed Jackson back for a second stint with the club back in March. He had a terrific performance in the team's season-opening win over the Washington Redskins last week, hauling in eight receptions for 154 yards and a couple of touchdowns.

Jackson spent the first six years of his career in Philadelphia, making three Pro Bowl appearances. He then signed with the Redskins in 2014 and resided in Washington for three years. He proceeded to join the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for two seasons before linking back up with the Eagles.

Jeffery, who caught five passes for 49 yards and a score in Week 1, is now in his third season with the club. He is coming off of a 2018 campaign in which he registered 65 receptions for 843 yards and six touchdowns.
