Jalen Hurts dealt with an injury during the second half of the regular season. Although he returned for the Philadelphia Eagles' divisional playoff game, Hurts is still dealing with the lingering shoulder injury. However, the QB will not let the ailment impact hm during the Eaglers-49ers NFC Championship Game, per Josh Tolentino.

“I felt better. But it doesn’t matter. I’ve got to get it done,” Hurts said of the injury.

The Eagles cruised to a victory over the New York Giants to kickoff their Super Bowl pursuit in the NFL Playoffs. Jalen Hurts led the charge and drew Michael Jordan-esque praise from head coach Nick Sirianni.

“I know this is high praise, but to have him out there is like having, I shouldn’t even go there, but is like having Michael Jordan out there. He’s your leader. He’s your guy. That’s the biggest respect I can pay to him–comparing his ability to be on the field to a Michael Jordan type,” Sirianni said of his QB.

In addition to his talent, Jalen Hurts has displayed impressive leadership ability.

But Hurts and Philadelphia will have a difficult time taking care of business against the San Francisco 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. The 49ers have not lost a game since October and feature a top-tier defensive unit. Their ability to contain opposing offenses has been crucial to the team's overall success.

But as long as Jalen Hurts' injury doesn't hold him back, the Eagles' offense will give San Francisco all they can handle in what projects to be an exciting affair.
