As promised, Sony has delivered the first trailer for Wolfs — a new movie starring Brad Pitt and George Clooney. The Ocean's Eleven stars reunite in the new film from Apple and Sony and director Jon Watts (Spider-Man: No Way Home).

The Wolfs trailer opens with a woman played by Amy Ryan calling Clooney's character. It appears a deadly accident has occurred, and Clooney is called to clean it all up.

“I was told that if I ever needed help to call you. You're a man who can fix things,” she says. “I didn't know people like you really existed.”

In a hilarious twist, Clooney's character responds, “They don't. There's nobody that can do what I do.”

That's when someone knocks on the door. Pitt's character walks in ready to take care of the problem. The organization that they work for purposely teamed them up for this mission.

Of course, they are usually lone wolves. But they have to work together as the situation gets wilder. The two have conflicting styles that clash — Clooney being the cool, calm, and collected good cop with Pitt taking on the hostile bad cop attitude.

Someone that the two interrogate asks how long they've been partners, and perhaps they aren't as different as they think they are. “You got the same clothes, kinda talk the same, so, like, basically the same guy,” he says.

Frank Sinatra's “My Life” plays as the Wolfs trailer reaches its crescendo. A near-naked man flips over a car and shootouts go down in the final moments of the trailer.

What is Wolfs about?

The official synopsis for Wolfs reads: “Global superstars George Clooney and Brad Pitt team up for the action comedy Wolfs. Clooney plays a professional fixer hired to cover up a high-profile crime. But when a second fixer (Pitt) shows up and the two ‘lone wolves' are forced to work together, they find their night spiraling out of control in ways that neither one of them expected.”

Aside from Pitt and Clooney, Amy Ryan, Austin Abrams, and Poorna Jagannathan will star in the film. Pitt and Clooney will also produce the film alongside Grant Heslov, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, Watts, and Dianne McGunigle. Michael Beugg will executive produce the film.

Jon Watts wrote and directed Wolfs. He first gained notoriety for directing Clown and Cop Car. Watts then directed the MCU's Tom Holland-led Spider-Man trilogy. All three films were massive hits, with the last two installments both grossing over $1 billion at the box office. Wolfs is his first original directorial effort since 2015.

Wolfs reunites Pitt and Clooney. The two starred in Steven Soderbergh's Ocean's trilogy from 2001-07. They also starred in the Coen Brothers' Burn After Reading in 2008. That was the last time the two shared the screen.
