Things for Diddy get worse and worse as former friends, Bad Boy artists, and employees give details on his violent behavior.
Rolling Stones released an in-depth report on the rap mogul six months in the making. They contacted over 300 people in Diddy's circle, and some of them revealed upsetting stories about the history of his explosive personality and actions.
The rap star could face jail time due to a federal criminal investigation. He also has four rape accusations and a video that just surfaced of him abusing his ex, Cassie Ventura. To get to this point seems like it's been a long time in the making. And what's recently come out can't help his defense.
People speak out against Diddy and his disturbing history
Joi Dickerson, who is one of the women suing Combs for sexual assault, said coming forward “isn't about money. “It's about making sure the world sees that this man who rose to the level of an icon is actually sick and has left so many victims in [the wake of his] unpunished disgusting behavior for years.”
His behavior stems from his days at Howard, where, during her time with him at the college, she kept “as far away as possible” after he “caressed” her back without warning. Another student claims he “flew off the handle” after he cut in front of her at the cafeteria line, and she objected to it.
In an incident in the dorms, he was said to be attacking a woman. The classmate said, “Puff is out here acting crazy. He's beating her.”
“He screamed and hollered and acted a stone fool until she came downstairs,” another student who witnessed the attack said.
Kirk Burrowes, a music exec, stated that he saw Combs attack a woman inside Bad Boy's office in 1994. He mentioned that he and a fellow ex-employee had to tear Combs off the woman after hearing shattering glass and screams.
Meanwhile, Felica Newsome, the first manager of Bad Boy's recording studio, said she held the star back when he was about to “beat this girl's ass” after a fight broke out between her and another woman. “I'm holding him by his waist, saying, ‘You need to calm down. This is not your fight,” she recalled.
April Lampros, a former Arista intern, filed a lawsuit in May, claiming Diddy attacked her in a parking garage in the '90s and made her perform oral sex.
Someone who worked at Bad Boy said, “He was so volatile. He's always on the edge of snapping and being scary. People did whatever he said to stay in his good graces…and Puffy exploited people's desires to be in those environments.”
Anna, a freelance graphic designer who worked with Bad Boy's marketing team, says he massaged her shoulders. “I'm getting touched on my shoulder, my arms, my back. He's like, ‘Oh, yeah, you like that? I know you like that,'” she said. “Like really, really gross. I was like, ‘No, not so much,' and I sort of floated way out of there.”
These are just a handful of stories and allegations against Diddy in this new report. It seems pretty clear that he's been at this abusive and inappropriate behavior for a while now. Will Combs be in jail for all of this? We could find out very soon as investigations into the disgraced rap star rev up.
