Fortnite Season 5 Finale is coming fast, ushering in the Fortnite Season 6 start. With just a few days left in the current season, here's everything you need to know about the last few days of Fortnite Season 5.

FORTNITE SEASON 5 FINALE AND FORTNITE SEASON 6 RELEASE DATE: ZERO CRISIS FINALE

Fortnite Season 5 Finale and the Fortnite Season 6 release date will coincide on March 16, 2021. Season 6 will be bringing in the Zero Crisis Finale, and will let players experience a single-player adventure. They will take control of Agent Jones and finish his mission on the Zero Crisis. This mini-event will be accessible to anyone who logs in to Fortnite Season 6 for the first time. That means any time you log-in after March 16 and before the end of Season 6, you'll get to play this solo adventure.

Meanwhile, fans may also choose to wait for the global premiere and watch it with other fans around the world. Epic Games claims that this will be their most ambitious cinematic yet, so be sure not to miss it!

BIG DISCOUNTS ON EXOTIC WEAPONS!

Epic Games is encouraging players to spend all their gold bars now, especially since their stash will reset when Season 6 rolls in! During the last few days of the Fortnite Season 5 Finale, characters on the island will be offering their exotic weapons at a huge discount, which makes it the perfect time for everyone to spend their gold bars. Epic Games promises that more fun and exciting things are coming in Fortnite Season 6. Don't feel bad about treating yourself for the next few days!

BATTLE PASS REMINDERS

Fortnite Season 6 will come with its own Battle Pass, but you still have a few days left for the current one! The Season 5 Battle Pass will disappear once Fortnite Season 5 Finale is complete, which means you only have a short time left to complete all your rewards. Here are some reminders on what you should be doing before the end of the season:

  • Complete the Beskar Quests, and unlock the Mandolorian Beskar Armor while you still can. At level 100, you can get The Child Back Bling, so don't stop short until you reach that level!
  • You can unlock three glimmering styles for Reese, Mancake, Mave, Kondor, and Menace. Make sure to rank up your Battle Pass enough to unlock all these Crystal Styles, which are unlocked after you reach Level 100 in the Battle Pass.
  • You can still get the Breathless Blades Pickaxe from the Hearts Wild Team Battles LTE. Just complete Fishstick’s or Lovely’s Epic Quests before Season 6.

GET EXCLUSIVE SKINS ON THE FORTNITE ITEM SHOP

There are also a lot of new skins that got revealed and released towards the end of the Fortnite Season 5 Finale. This includes the Marigold skin and the Ant-Man skin. Although no official end date indicates that these two skins may remain on the Item Shop for a while, you shouldn't take your chances if you really want to get them.

You can pick up the Marigold skin as part of the Golden Touch Challenge Pack from the Item Shop for $11.99. Buying this bundle will also give you 1,500 V-Bucks to spend elsewhere.

Meanwhile, you can get the Ant-Man skin on Fortnite for 1,500 V-Bucks (exactly the same amount you get for purchasing the Marigold skin!) Alternatively, you can get him from the Ant-Man bundle along with the Ant-Tonio and Toothpick items for a total of 1,800 V-Bucks.
