For starters, let's talk about the dates for Blizzcon 2023. The event will happen on November 3 – 4, 2023 PT. Much like previous Blizzcons, the event will occur at Anaheim Convention Center. Interested attendees can book their accommodation now via Blizzard's available hotel blocks.
Recently, Blizzard uploaded a post that gave details about the tickets, community contests, and more. Let's start off with the tickets.
Interested convention goers will be able to buy their Blizzcon 2023 tickets via AXS. It's recommended to create an AXS account as early as now so that once the tickets go up for sale, you will be able to quickly place your order. They also gave details about the convention's Opening Ceremony. Because of the limited seating, there will be a random-draw system in place to decide who will get to watch the opening ceremony from inside BlizzCon Arena. As for the panels, as well as the Community Night, seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All of the events, however, will be simulcast both online, as well as the various big screens around BlizzCon.

The Finals for the first Overwatch World Cup for Overwatch 2 will also be ongoing during BlizzCon. The Top 8 teams who went through the previous tournaments will be battling it out live in a single-elimination bracket finals.
As for what to expect from the convention in general, attendees will most likely see various booths and events centered around Blizzard's various games.
