Riot Games Lead Designer Matt “Riot Phroxzon” Leung-Harrison offers a peek at League of Legends Patch 12.14. Gangplank, Drakes, and Potions are among the things receiving the biggest changes this patch.

It seems that Panteon is also set to return to his jungle role, with his Q damage to monsters being raised to 105%. Gangplank with a crit build is also set to become more reliable. The intent is to “weaken his lane power early, move some of his crit incentive out of barrels and into more committal [damage], but still bias him towards crit.”
