The three new characters have been confirmed to be playable once Genshin Impact 3.0 drops sometime mid-August.

Several posts from official Genshin Impact accounts preview the bow-wielding Tighnari, the first Dendro 5-star character, Dori, the 4-star Electro Claymore, and Collei, the 4-star Dendro bow. Genshin Impact Version 3.0 also introduces us to the game's 4th nation, Sumeru.

Tighnari

“I brought back a specialty from the desert, two packs of honeyed dates, which helps to replenish your energy, whether in the morning or at night.” —An anonymous source

  • Title: Verdant Strider
  • Occupation: Avidya Forest Watcher
  • Vision: Dendro
  • Constellation: Vulpes Zerda

Tighnari is Genshin Impact's first Dendro 5-star character, and is fully expected to cause a shuffle in the tier lists. His aloof nature as well as his affinity for flora makes him a suitable introduction to Dendro.

Collei

“Oh, you're going to Sumeru? Can you give my regards to Collei? Well… it's been so long, I wonder if her hair has grown out and if she's taller?” — Amber

  • Title: Sprout of Rebirth
  • Occupation: Avidya Forest Ranger Trainee
  • Vision: Dendro
  • Constellation: Leptailurus Cervarius

The bow-wielding Collei is a familiar sight for readers of the Genshin Impact manga. Albeit she is now a little older, it seems her bond with Amber is still as strong as ever. It's also wildly speculated that a free Collei will be given during Genshin Impact 3.0.

As a 4 star character, Collei is the more “accessible” Dendro character. To read more about her, check out our article.

Dori

“No matter how rare the experimental materials are, you can buy them from Dori. I don't know where she gets her goods from…” — Tighnari

  • Title: Treasure of Dream Garden
  • Occupation: Sumeru Merchant
  • Vision: Electro
  • Constellation: Magicae Lucerna

The merchant Dori wields a claymore, and is the second Electro healer in the game. Her wares and knowledge are bound to come in handy once the Traveler steps into the unknown nation of Sumeru. Dori's in-game animations are also a treat to watch and are absolutely adorable.
