The Genshin Impact 2.4 Update brought Enkanomiya, a vast new area for players to explore. With this new area, of course, came Hidden Achievements. Only unlockable through very specific actions, these Hidden Achievements give Primogems. Other than this, this specific hidden quest grants you a precious chest, too! Before beginning, it is highly advised to unlock the Teleport Waypoints on most of the map first. This questline requires you to teleport everywhere, after all. Read on to find out how to unlock the Hidden Achievement “What Difference Does This Make?”
Sitting on this rock in the middle of the Dainichi Mikoshi island will prompt an NPC to spawn. This area is reachable by teleporting on the eastern Teleport Waypoint on the island and heading west, going inside a small crack. Talking to the NPC Kabayama starts the hunt for these sitting spots. He even gives you some hints on where they are! In case you don't want to go through the mental gymnastics, here's where they can be found:
The first one can be found on the northern part of The Narrows. This is easily reachable from the northernmost Teleport Waypoint on the island, then heading northwest. After sitting, there will be a short dialogue with Paimon, and a lamp spawns on the nearby tree. Climb the tree, interact with the lamp, and move on to the next sitting spot.
The second spot is nearest to the central Teleport Waypoint on Evernight Temple. Head southwest from the Teleport Waypoint and you'd find the spot. There might be an Electro Abyss Mage nearby, so make short work of it and sit on the rock. Another lamp will spawn on a nearby tree. Move to the next spot after interacting with the lamp.

The third spot is on The Serpent's Heart. Use the Teleport Waypoint in the middle of the island, then head north on top of the cliff. This isn't unlike the others, so climb the tree and interact with the lamp. From here, you can go back to Dainichi Mikoshi to converse with Kabayama once again. After a short conversation, Kabayama will grant you a Precious Chest, as well as the achievement “What Difference Does This Make?”.
