Utah Jazz guard Donovan Mitchell had some Twitter fun on Saturday at the expense of fellow NBA star and Memphis Grizzlies scorer Ja Morant.

Morant apparently had some treadmill workout with Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette, but the way he ran compared to the Super Bowl Champion had Mitchell laughing and poking fun at him.

Of course, the Jazz star had to let his thoughts be known on Twitter–because why not?

With both the Jazz and Grizzlies exiting the 2021 playoffs early, both Donovan Mitchell and Ja Morant got a lot of time on their hands.

Sure enough, Ja is using his time wisely by working out on his game and conditioning in preparation for what should be another big season. It came as a surprise that Memphis made the playoffs as the eighth seed–taking down the Golden State Warriors in the play-in–and so the team can only build from the experience they had.

As for Mitchell and the Jazz, they actually made it to the second round and went the distance with the Los Angeles Clippers. Unfortunately, they ended up losing in six games despite being the  favorites to close it out.

Donovan is taking some rest first before getting back to work, as he is still recovering from a right a right ankle injury he sustained in the postseason. With that said, it's not surprising to see him trolling the Grizzlies youngster (and other athletes for the  matter) while he has the time.

Morant, for his part, will certainly try to get back at him when he returns.
